Chinese manufacturer supports new facility with 20+ WINTEC injection molding machines
ENGEL’s WINTEC brand supports the Chinese high-tech company Weihai RuiMu Precision with more than 20 WINTEC machines at the newly opened 12,000 m² production facility in Weihai, China, forming the backbone of the highly automated manufacturing operations.

WINTEC as RuiMu’s technological backbone
At RuiMu’s production facility, there is all-electric ENGEL e-mac injection molding machines with a clamping force of 1,800 kN, all-electric WINTEC e-win machines with a clamping force of 3,100 kN, as well as two-platen t-win injection molding machines from WINTEC with clamping forces between 4,500 and 18,000 kN.
The machines feature high repeatability with deviations of less than 0.1%, short cycle times, and a 15% increase in efficiency with more than 20% lower energy consumption compared with previous solutions, as well as full real-time control of all process parameters.
This broad setup enables RuiMu to manufacture a wide range of products for international customers in Europe, the USA, Japan and Korea – from automotive lighting to printers and intelligent household appliances.
In addition, RuiMu benefits particularly from the t-win two-platen machines, which significantly speed up mold changes and thereby increases overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). The first WINTEC machine from 2018 has been running without limitations to this day, providing impressive evidence of the long-term stability of the machines.
Digitalization and process stability
The C3 control unit forms the central element of all WINTEC injection molding cells. Operators can store process parameters at the push of a button and reproduce them exactly, which prevents reworking and quality fluctuations.
WINTEC supports RuiMu in training, service and integration of the injection molding machines, enabling the company to eliably implement even complex high-volume production with the highest quality requirements.
