Fully automatic suspension vacuum coating machine (rectangular, round vacuum chamber)

 

Application

The working principle of the fully automatic vacuum coating machine: Metal aluminum melts at high temperature in a vacuum state, and vaporizes and evaporates to deposit on the surface of the coated material in a molecular atomic state, forming a layer of high-brightness metal aluminum film.


The machine is suitable for metallized various roll materials, such as BOPP, PET, CPP, PE, PVC, twisted PET, nylon film, cigarette pack film, hot stamping transfer film, and various high-end holographic anti-counterfeiting films and other roll films.

Advantage

lThe free suspension coating completely solves the problem of empty coating lines for flexible materials. There is no edge cutting, the film is smooth and wrinkle-free, the aluminum layer is uniform without aluminum slag sputtering, and the film is not easy to break;

lDouble coating drum cooling is used to improve the brightness of the film and the firmness of the aluminum layer;

lEnergy saving improves product quality and work efficiency;

lOD online detection ensures the thickness and uniformity of the aluminum layer;

lThe top-tightening evaporation boat saves time when changing boats and improves the evaporation capacity and product quality of the evaporation boat;

lThe swing frame can realize automatic distance rewinding according to the roll diameter.
