Founded in 1885, Comerio Ercole is recognized worldwide as a leader in PVC calendaring. The Italian company will participate in CHINAPLAS 2026, where it will showcase its latest innovations.

 

PVC calendaring requires a precise balance between pressure and temperature, productivity and surface quality, as well as flexibility and process stability. Over the years, Comerio Ercole has mastered this equilibrium by supplying fully integrated systems in which feeding, calendering, embossing, cooling, and winding operate seamlessly as a single process.

To address the growing demand for flexibility, Comerio Ercole has developed advanced ultra quick-change systems for both calender and embossing rolls. These systems significantly reduce changeover time while ensuring accuracy, mechanical reliability, and safety.

 

Thickness uniformity is achieved through proprietary solutions, such as HYDROTHERM, which compensates for thermal expansion during processing, and hydraulic control systems like HYDROGAP and HYDROSAFE. Integrated with digital platforms for process monitoring, these technologies reinforce Comerio Ercole’s position as the benchmark for high-performance calendaring.
