At CHINAPLAS 2026, MCONVEY will show material handling and automated solutions.

 

As a brand of Liansu, specializing in material handling automation, MCONVEY has been deeply involved in the plastic industry for over a decade. It is a one-stop material handling solution provider integrating R&D, production, sales, installation, and full-cycle services.

 

Automated material dosing and mixing solution

 

MCONVEY integrated end-to-end design creates a complete material handling system covering automated debagging, silo storage, dosing, mixing, and closed-loop conveying. It can flexibly adapt to diverse materials such as powders, granules, recycled films, and liquids to meet varied production needs.

The system equips an IoT data acquisition and analysis platform to collect key data such as equipment operation, production progress, and energy consumption in real time. It supports remote online viewing via a mobile app, enabling equipment status monitoring, production efficiency analysis, early fault warnings, and intelligent energy optimization.

 

Debagging & depalletizing system

 

Specifically designed for high-volume, continuous raw material processing, this system has an opening efficiency of 15-18 tons/hour, achieving four times the efficiency of traditional robotic debagging and effectively overcoming bottlenecks in large-volume raw material processing.

The system employs PLC-based intelligent control throughout the entire process, with precisely adjustable key process parameters.

 

Vacuum energy-saving pump

 

This high-efficiency, energy-saving permanent magnet two-stage vacuum pump station adopts direct-drive structure between a Roots vacuum pump and a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor.

The equipment comes standard with an intelligent centralized dust removal system, reducing the footprint by one-third and significantly improving space utilization.

 

Equipped with PLC intelligent control and remote monitoring via a mobile app, it supports equipment status prediction and preventative maintenance. It is widely used in scenarios such as negative pressure material conveying, vacuum packaging, and vacuum shaping of plastic pipes/profiles, providing stable vacuum assurance for continuous production.

 

Powder formulation weigher

 

It integrates Gain-in-Weight + Loss-in-Weight dosing with high-precision dosing with high-volume output. The modular design allows free combination and flexible expansion according to the production.

The weigher supports online and offline, and is easy to operate, and supports intelligent remote monitoring. Equipped with patented anti-bridging, silent direct drive, and fully enclosed dustproof and environmentally friendly core technologies.

 

It widely used in industries such as rubber and plastics, chemicals, food, and new energy, helping enterprises achieve precise batching, efficient production, and green intelligent manufacturing.
