Tederic supports ultra-large two-platen injection molding for pipelines
Tederic has delivered its largest two-platen injection molding machine so far – NEO·H 7200II – to Zhongsu Pipeline, a leading Chinese manufacturer of steel-plastic composite pipe fittings.

Tederic and Zhongsu Pipeline held an official delivery ceremony for the NEO·H 7200II on August 26.
The machine stands out beyond its increased machine size, featuring integrated engineering across the injection, plasticizing, drive and clamping systems for ultra-large molded components.

Tederic has officially delivered its NEO·H 7200II to Zhongsu Pipeline.
Making breakthrough in large-diameter molding
Producing large-diameter steel-plastic composite pipe fittings has high requirements on pressure resistance, structural stability, sealing performance and corrosion resistance. At the same time, the sheer size and weight of these components create significant challenges for injection capacity, plasticizing, process stability and clamping performance.
The NEO·H 7200II was engineered specifically to address these challenges – its 7,200-ton clamping force and 500 kg maximum shot weight provide the capacity and stability required for reliable mass production of ultra-large components.
Ultra-large injection capacity
The machine integrates Tederic's proprietary X-shot ultra-large injection technology with E-Charge electric preplasticizing technology in a two-stage injection system. This enables a maximum shot weight of 500 kg, providing the injection capacity required for extremely large molded parts.
Under comparable production conditions, the system can also achieve 15–30% energy savings and up to 50% water savings, combining scale with improved production efficiency.

One-piece molding with precise control
A synchronized four-cylinder injection structure enhances both injection force and control accuracy.
Combined with the two-stage injection process, the system enables the one-piece molding of large pipe fittings, helping ensure the structural strength, consistency and sealing performance required for demanding industrial applications.

High-performance, stable drive
A new-generation hydraulic servo system delivers pressure of up to 200 bar.
Together with a high-torque electric plasticizing system designed for continuous operation, the drive system delivers fast response, stable performance and improved energy efficiency—supporting reliable long-cycle production of ultra-large components.
Powerful and reliable clamping
The NEO·H 7200II features a high-efficiency clamping system with a cushioned, low-noise locking mechanism for controlled locking and pressure build-up.
With a maximum clamping force of 7,200 tons, the system provides the rigidity and stability required for consistent molding of ultra-large parts.

Supporting customers in ultra-large injection molding
Tederic's capabilities in ultra-large injection molding will be translated into tangible customer value: overcoming production bottlenecks, enabling larger and more demanding applications, and supporting the efficient manufacturing of critical components for major industrial and infrastructure projects.
Looking ahead, Tederic will continue to advance the boundaries of injection molding through engineering innovation, large-scale manufacturing capabilities and application-driven solutions—helping customers turn increasingly complex molding challenges into reliable industrial production.
