Tederic multi-component injection molding machine for Brazilian automotive lighting
Tederic is expanding its presence in Brazil’s automotive components market with its first NEO·M1920v three-color injection molding machine at a former Valeo automotive lighting plant.

Tederic’s NEO·M1920v for Brazil’s automotive lighting manufacturer.
The project combines a customized injection molding machine with integrated automation, supported by responsive local service from Tederic's Brazilian subsidiary. Together, these capabilities provide a comprehensive solution tailored to the customer's automotive lighting production requirements.
Customized solutions for efficiency and flexibility
Tederic has customized the NEO·M1920v to meet the customer's specific product and production requirements.
The clamping unit alone incorporates several customized design features, aligning the machine more closely with the intended application.
Automation forms an integral part of the solution. An industrial robot equipped with a flexible gripper and quick-change capability supports automated part removal. Safety fencing and a conveyor for finished parts complete the production cell, connecting molding with downstream part handling.
The integrated system is designed to support precise cycle control, stable operation, and higher production line output. The quick-change gripper accommodates different products and facilitates changeovers, helping the customer balance production efficiency with manufacturing flexibility.
From customized machine features to coordinated automation, Tederic translates application requirements into a comprehensive equipment solution for automotive lighting production.
