In recent years, water and beverage field remains speedy growth, especially in some industrial developing countries. Specialists predict in the future few years, beverage industry will keep on growing.


In bottled water and beverage package, PET definitely plays an important part. Most industrial developing countries are at the rapid developing stage of PET beverage package, it has become the significant manufacturing base. At present, PET bottle account for around 57.4% of Soft Drink package, the demand will still remain fast expansion. Likewise, there is also a huge demand of plastic bottle cap, annual demand reaches more than billions pieces. 



cap compression moulding, is a specific technology for plastic thin-wall cap since 24 years ago from Europe.Its system is more simple: By resin extrusion and plasticization system, quantitive pellet is dropped in the plastic cap mould cavity, then is processed by clamping, cooling, and demoulding. Tamper Evident cap in ompression molding need a slitting device to process cutting, thus the gap between cap body and tamper band is less then injection cap, which is beneficial to reduce pollution.

CCM requires lower plasticizing temperature< 180℃, which means less energy consumption in both heating and cooling.

2)Quick color changeover&Less Material waste

Without hot runner,therefore less waste material inside the chamber in color changeover of caps.

Material waste in color changeover:IMM-50~100kg,CCM-5~10kg.

3)Less shrinkage&High consistency

Tight heating and cooling temperature gap contribute to less shrinkage and stable dimension of caps. All compression moulds are the same, there is nothing like peripheral, central, upper or lower moulds,with same molding path.

This machine is simple operation, saving electricity, water, raw materials and labor. Compared with injection molding machine system of traditional craft have same energy consumption, the production can be growth to three or four times. This machine not only won't produce waste runner,

and the mold of the cooling water and hydraulic oil are recycled, thus greatly reduces the system cost.

Development to the success of the cap compression molding machine is making a breakthrough

and innovation in the molding equipment.


The machine makes soda and mineral water bottle caps from granular plastic raw material which is fed via the hopper, fluidized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each die cavity and finally mold pressed. Bottle caps made through this technique features superior internal face quality and beautiful appearance, and are free from injection point and flow waste.
