Market Insights Hub to be held on Day 4

As a finale, the event Market Insights Hub will take place in the morning on Day 4 of CHINAPLAS. It includes 12 forums on different special topics, such as consumer market trends, overseas market exploration, green supply chain, product design, and so on.   


Overseas expansion is a way to seize opportunities under the globalization trend. In view of this, one of the forums is co-organized by CHINAPLAS and Sino-German Industry Communication Club, which focuses on going global strategies and exploring the European market. A lecturer from the IMB Institute of Management Berlin will discuss the possibilities and challenges of Chinese plastic enterprises in accessing foreign market.

Another highlighted forum is on CMF design trends. Two experts from global trend forecasting company WGSN will present on color trends and technological consumer products trends for 2025. A CMF Senior Design Manager at Logitech Technology will also discuss about CMF in design for sustainability.


Cost reduction is always the hot topic in market discussion. Two consultants will share their experience in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement at the forum "Strategies for Cost Optimization and Problem-Solving in Plastic Part Design". In addition, two experts from logistics equipment and cleaning robot companies will introduce solutions for cost reduction in their fields.


It is noteworthy that the Development Day for Campus Elites, a talent matching activity co-organized by CHINAPLAS, East China University of Science and Technology and Shanghai Society of Plastic Industry, will also be organized. 

The activity provides opportunities for face-to-face communication as well as recruitment interview between young talents in the plastics industry and renowned enterprises.
