The Hostacom foaming material is manufactured utilizing LYB state-of-the-art catalyst technology, enhancing the rheology of the polypropylene (PP) polymer matrix. This cutting-edge PP compound features elaborate designs, enhanced surface textures, scratch-resistance, and low emissions in producing automotive interior parts.
Key benefits of the Hostacom foaming material include:
- High flowability, expanded processing window and excellent melt strength ensures optimal cell structure in foamed parts.
- Significant weight savings using LYB PP compounds with chemical blowing agent in core back technology.
