Lacyon: Circular footwear solution

Lacyon is based on circular material thermoplastic elastomer vulcanizate. Used in the footwear outsole, Lacyon delivers outstanding grip, wear resistance, and durability. It has reduced weight of 10-15% which improves flexibility and comfortability.

Circular solution for footwear outsole Lacyon was one of the highlights at LCY’s CHINAPLAS booth.

The material is compatible with injection molding to achieve complex design and multiple color choices of outsole. It also supports heat adhesion without glue. This simplifies shoe production and improves automated production.

Lacyon also saves 5-10% production waste and lowers 41% carbon emission during production. Last but not least, footwear produced with Lacyon can be fully recycled, facilitating resource circularity and closed-loop recycling system construction.

Globalprene 9430 for high-oil-extended applications

LCY’s Globalprene 9430, a high oil-extended TPE, was named “CHINAPLAS 2026 Innovation of the Year”. The material makes breakthrough in material structure design, oil-holding ability and soft touch.

LCY’s Globalprene 9430 is ideal for dolls.

Based on radial molecule structure and high molecular design, Globalprene 9430 can remain complete structure under high oil-extended condition. Once oil-extended, it can reach 0A hardness and deliver a dry, refined tactile feel and elastic recovery comparable to silicone and latex.

The material is ideal for children’s toys, stress-relief products and robotic skin.

Innovative PP solutions: Empowering industry and medical upgrading

From end-user to broader material sectors, LCY builds a comprehensive sustainable polypropylene (PP) solution portfolio, accelerating scalable applications for circular plastics and rubber materials.

The company’s PP materials also meet the high standard of medical applications, delivering stable, safe and reliable performance in stringent application environment.
