GENOX launches new pipe shredder for large diameter pipe recycling

GENOX officially launched the J1400 pipe shredder. Specifically designed for efficient mechanized recycling of ultra large diameter pipes, the new pipe shredder delivers efficient, energy-saving, and reliable operation to global customers.

GENOX officially launched J1400 pipe shredder for large diameter pipe recycling.

 

The J series pipe shredder covers the J800, J1200, J1400, and globally leading J2000 models of pipe shredder product lineup, providing precise matching professional equipment for the recycling needs of different pipe specifications.

 

Multi-rotor design: Greater shredding efficiency

 

The J1400 pipe shredder adopts a multi rotor shearing configuration, allowing operators to activate the required number of rotors according to production demands, greatly improving shredding efficiency and reducing current surge. High shear cutting between the rotor and counter knives, suitable for thin-wall pipe shredding.

 

Simplified production, eliminating pre-cutting

 

The hopper of the J1400 accepts pipe diameter up to 1400mm and lengths up to 6 meters, which can directly accommodate the whole-pipe feeding of mainstream large-diameter pipes in the industry without the need for pre-cutting, greatly simplifying the production process, effectively saving energy consumption and reducing production costs.

 

Intelligent control system for safety and reliability

 

The feeding system is equipped with a multi-level hydraulic cylinder, powered and controlled by an efficient, stable, and automatic control system. Stand alone electrical control panel with Siemens PLC Control System. The equipment is with a compact and reliable design. Safety assess doors and covers are designed with hydraulic opening devices for easy maintenance.
